If we think the service is the right support for you, we will add you to our waiting list. If we feel there is a service that might be better for you, our outreach worker will get in touch to help you access it.
Our service is open ended, meaning we cannot give an exact time frame for when you will be seen, but we do check our lists regularly and will contact you with updates every 4-6 weeks.
Until you are fully engaged with us, your duty of care is with other organisations involved and with your parent/guardian.
